1. Returns

  • We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.

    • In its original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice).

  • You must initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order number.

    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per your preference.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery as per the policy above.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

  • Please use a reliable courier and share the tracking details with us.
