Unused and in the same condition as you received it.

In its original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice).

You must initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products.

Items purchased during clearance or sale events.

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Photos of the damaged/incorrect product.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery as per the policy above.
6. Shipping for Returns
